I absolutely love Halloween and anything fancy dress related! This year I went up to Sheffield to visit my friend who lives there. A couple of days before the night out, we both decided that we hated what we had planned to wear! 🙃 So it was a mad dash for both of us to find new costumes! Thankfully, I had an Alice In wonderland costume I had never worn. My friend didn’t have anything at home so we spent the whole of Saturday shopping around for something. We found a black dress in H&M, and she already bought fangs so that was her sorted… finally! 😂

As I was going as a dead Alice in Wonderland, I bought lots of fake blood and liquid latex. I ordered the liquid latex from Amazon last minute, the rest of the makeup I used was from my local fancy dress shop which is amazing! Its called Escapade in Camden Town.

My friend was struggling to get her fangs on, which was quite entertaining! In the end I had to help her stick them on so they stayed in place. After about an hour one did fall off, but after a few drinks it didn’t matter!

We met up with a girl in the town that we spoke to on this app called Hey Vina. It’s for meeting new girl mates in your area. We both want to broaden our circle of friends and it’s great for it. As my friend didn’t know the area too well, it was great that this girl took us to new pubs and bars they we hadn’t heard of. We ended up in a pub doing shots of absinthe; I was surprised that they tasted really nice! I definitely felt the effects the next day though!

The coach journey back to London was an absolute nightmare though; I was delayed and stuck in traffic on the motorway. It was all worth it thought for a good weekend and spending time with my friend.  🤗

Post is late I know, been so busy at work 🙄
